Mychal Denzel Smith is the author of Invisible Man, Got the Whole World Watching: A Young Black Man's Education and a Knobler Fellow at The Nation Institute.
Ejeris Dixon is Director of Vision Change Win, a social justice consultancy. She has previously worked as founding Program Coordinator of the Safe OUTside the System Collective at the Audre Lorde Project and at the New York City Anti-Violence Project.
Denise Herd is Associate Professor of Public Health at UC Berkeley and Associate Director of the Othering & Belonging Institute. Her research focuses on racial disparities in health outcomes, including in terms of the legal system.
They were interviewed by Cambridge students Mojola Akinyemi and Yoseph Kiflie.
